YY-01 (800) SERIES
YY-01(800) is a low pressure Slabstock Foaming machine with a total output of 125 – 380 Kgs/min to produce continuously with Square Block system and suitable for mid–large scaled production. The Machine is specially designed to work with either/both trough and lay-down system with all necessary streams and controls and ready for production when connected with working tanks, power and air supply.

All metering units are controlled with auto-feedback control system. Metering units are equipped with 3-way valve with re-circulation system. All lines are equipped with pressure gauge, safety / pressure relief valves.
